We recently participated in a conference demonstrating the power of a strong sales/CRM program. Thoroughbred® worked with Eastern Engineering, a Solution-IV® software user, to integrate a powerful CRM application, SalesForce.com, with Thoroughbred's Solution-IV. Eastern has hundreds of products under contract in the field and wanted to maximize the flow of customer service and equipment information to its sales force.
This is the beginning of a system that will include cost recovery (Technesis), automated meter reads, consumables and service detail (Cloud4MPS), accounting, billing, pricing and service information (Solution-IV) that sales can leverage through the SalesForce.com CRM system.
